[tex-live] What's the point of providing a package-level remove feature if nothing can be uninstalled individually?

Two answers:

1* install scheme-minimal, then use tlmgr to only install the
   packages you need. And you can remove them again.
   You asked for scheme texlive-full, so all is installed and
   required by it.

2* RTFM ... 
	tlmgr remove --force
for removing packages without caring for collection requesting it
	tlmgr remove --no-depends
remove collections without removing depending packages
