[tex-live] extractbb can not read the pdf file generated by mutool

I think that abenori-san would like to say
"This is a matter of DVIPDFMx's policy".  Since abenori-san
(and some of the readers including me) does not know the
policy exactly, we need to hear it or make some conclusion in this time.
