[tex-live] strange output from "tlmgr install --all"

The .ilist file is an artifact of the tlnet creation and isn't relevant
to anything about TL operations. (The cow-shell program we use as part
of the nightly update is a new version and leaving the .ilist file
around is one of the changes.)

I've tried to change the update script to remove the .ilist file. -k
