In addition to what David said, from
https://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/urw/antiqua :

    Con­tained in:
      TeX Live as an­ti­qua
      MiKTeX as an­ti­qua

and "texdoc antiqua" will pull up the documentation.

The Font Catalogue webpage must be referring to this LaTeX package
(that is, a .sty file) only. The font is there in TeX Live, but for
whatever reason this particular support package is not. I'm not sure
I'm qualified enough to understand why, though.
