[tex-live] Failure to create index with current xindy

No, and I got an error message which made me think I understand what
has gone wrong:

/opt/texlive/2015/bin/x86_64-linux/xindy.run: error while loading
shared libraries: libncurses.so.5: cannot open shared object file:
No such file or directory

Doh!  I installed non-wide libncurses6 without thinking.   After
fixing up my script to correctly install the .so.5* non-wide libs,
my normal tests work again.  Thank you so much, and sorry for the
noise.
