The perl script "makedtx.pl" related to the makedtx bundle is installed in the wrong place: /usr/local/texlive/2015/texmf-dist/doc/latex/makedtx/makedtx.pl I think this script should be moved to /usr/local/texlive/2015/texmf-dist/scripts/makedtx/ ...Rolf
