[tex-live] ConTeXt in TeX Live

Hi,

The version of ConTeXt in TeX Live 2015 is a bit weird, the
bibliography seems broken:

This is weird because I didn't have that particular problem neither
before nor after the last TL update in the standalone ConTeXt
distribution, but maybe just the version that got included was broken
(and then quickly fixed by Hans in the next version before anyone else
noticed).

Given that TeX Live is now frozen it's probably not important enough
to hold off the release because of this, but in case that you plan any
other important changes before the release, please let me know. We
should then fix the problem as soon as the updates are enabled again.
