As the source code to stubs.pdf is not provided, TeX Live cannot provide the PDF

There are many other examples of this.

Please re-include this file, because it holds the manual to stubs.sty.
The file stubs_ex.pdf ist only an example without instructions.

I'm not the author of stubs.sty. Just stumbled upon.

Olaf Meltzer
