Well, I use Linux too, but I keep some real and virtual Windows
installations around because I have to deal with Windows users and
with Windows problems. But it is difficult to research a problem
that you cannot reproduce.

Yes, there were a lot of links, but none of the ones I checked, not
excepting the one you cited, jumped out as particularly useful or
promising. Also, I am not going to suggest a procedure to an
arbitrary user which involves renaming dlls or hand-editing registry
entries.
