[tex-live] [tlpretest]: Problem with location of texmf-local

Today I received a bunch of w32 binary updates from the czech pretest
mirror. mktexlsr runs fine. Now I have kpsewhich 6.2.0, pdftex 1.40.15,
etc.

Please drop me a short note if a reinstall would have been better than
just update --all. I don't see any malfunction so far.
