[tex-live] Install TeX Live 20130914 failed

In 2004 Tigran Aivazian typeset the Old Testament in Hebrew using
pdflatex.  He used a font created by Yannis Haralambous and converted
the Metafont bitmaps to Type1 using textrace.

I doubt that Tigran is on this list though he was involved in TeX Live
development (he compiled binaries for 64-bit Linux systems).  However,
I found two email addresses on my system:

Maybe it's worthwhile to consult him.
