[tex-live] TeX Live 2013 : Why does "Kpsewhich" give output in wrong format on Windows

The open dialog of windows 7 doesn't understand it either ;-( (but
the "address line" of the explorer does). It is not really difficult
to replace the slashes through a script but it it nevertheless a
windows  nuisance.
