[tex-live] eps inclusion by dvipdfmx and xdvipdfmx

    The following replacement to \Ginclude at eps seems to implement what has
    been suggested and this seems to work:

I committed that change to dvipdfmx.def and xetex.def and will upload to
CTAN soon.  Hope it flies.
