tested, working as I expected, thank you !

$ tlmgr --usermode install txfonts

/home/musinsky/.texlive2013/texmf-var/fonts/map/dvips/updmap/psfonts.map
$ grep txfonts.map `kpsewhich psfonts.map`
% txfonts.map
