[tex-live] TL13: biblatex-biber using perl(Data::Diver) without license information

The Data::Diver author seem to be active, so perhaps you should write directly to him (perhaps someone forgot to tell him about the bug in the bugtracker)

just to show this

that is that this makes it impossible for me to include biblatex-biber
within TeXLive 2013 due legal problems (as I've been told).
And this is regardless if I would use the dumped binaries or just
pack the upstream version of biblatex-biber ... it is frustrating :(
