No, there is no planned date.

As this point, I doubt it will happen before next week since I'm going
to be mostly offline this Thurs-Sun (inclusive).  Unless I get to it
tomorrow by some miracle.

As for other issues in replies to your message: there has indeed been
one set of post-dvd-release rebuilds, for the bugs mentioned in the
first item of http://tug.org/texlive/bugs.html.  The new binaries are in
the trunk (so normal tlmgr updates will get them), and the changes to
the sources are (as Peter said) in /branches/branch2013 in the svn
repository.  (There have been many more changes in the trunk since the
release.)

In any case, I'll rebuild the i386-linux luatex but I doubt I will ask
everyone to rebuild again since the bug is not present on most other
platforms.
