[tex-live] [TeX Live 2013] tlmgr check all exiting unsuccessfully (status 1)

Thanks for your response.

Being a LaTeX novice and having just installed TeX Live 2013, I wanted to
make sure everything was okay before I start causing problems in my own
documents.  8-)

Hopefully the authors will respond this time.
