[tex-live] Adding a new package...

I uploaded a package (abraces; http://ctan.org/pkg/abraces) to CTAN at
the beginning of the month. Here's the CTAN notification/announcement:

According to what I can see on the TeX Live requirements
(http://tug.org/texlive/pkgcontrib.html), my package satisfies all of
these. How do I get my package to part of TeX Live?
