Honestly, I cannot recall if I ever saw Okular, but I compiled poppler
many times and it could be compiled with or without different
libraries (qt4, cairo, .... ). Okular could be compiled with different
libraries as well.

F.e. on RHEL 5 which is installed on many computers in our Dept AR 9
cannot display movies and asks for some players to be installed.
Therefore negative result does not prove that Okular supports movies
under no circumstances.

My $0.02 to obfuscate situation
