[tex-live] Package fancyhder.sty

Hello,

I am using MAC(Lion) Tecshop, when I look at tex-live utility, it shows as
fancyhder is installed, however when I typeset my textile, i got a warning
error as fancyhder.sty not found, I hit enter and I am able to view pdf
output,

How do I make sure that fancyhder.sty is properly installed? please help.
