[tex-live] texconfig conf

Ah, that explains it. The last few lines after running it with sh -e -x yield

+ echo =========================== version information
==========================
=========================== version information ==========================
+ showDistVersionInfo
+ test -f /usr/share/texmf/../release-texlive.txt
+ test -f /usr/share/texmf/release-tetex-src.txt
+ test -f /usr/share/texmf-texlive/release-tetex-texmf.txt

and those files are missing.
