Robin, he didn't ignore us.  He told me that he didn't want to publish
the code as it is and considered to revise it.  However, if things are
not done immediately they often end up at the bottom of the stack...

Maybe it's worhwhile to ask him again.

AFAIR, the English version was quite out-of-date when the French guys 
started their work and Keith later updated his stuff.
