[tex-live] Installation on Windows: Setting the repository

Hi,
maybe I already ranted about it - then please ignore this. :-)

I just did an installation on Windows from DVD. After that the repository
is set to the local source. The information on how to permanently set it
to use the network seems to be only mentioned at
http://www.tug.org/texlive/doc/tlmgr.html#option - at least it's NOT
mentioned in http://www.tug.org/texlive/windows.html or
http://www.tug.org/texlive/doc.html

This SHOULD be fixed for TL2011, latest.

PS: IMHO tlcontrib should also be mentioned there. :-)
