[tex-live] TL2010: pdfsync+array => troubles in "tabular + column paragraph width"

Hello!

I have trouble in setting column width in tabular environment if 
I use packages pdfsync and array simultaneously.

\begin{tabular}{|p{1cm}|p{2cm}|}
\hline
11  & 22  \\ \hline 
33  & 44   \\ \hline   
\end{tabular}


That is  
 if only pdfsync (no array) —→ all OK with tabular
 if only array  (no pdfsync) —→ all OK with tabular

But is both packages used, troubles happens (incorrectly wide columns). 

Minimal sample file attached.

 What is it? 
 Bug or feature?
