[tex-live] fmutil-sys fails on MacOSX

I had updated from pre-test. I thought about Karl's idea about an out of date fmtutil-sys. Decided the best course would be to do a clean install and update of MacTeX. Sure enough, I had a later version...

after re-install and update:
fmtutil version $Id: fmtutil 19225 2010-07-04 12:26:44Z preining $

before re-install:
fmtutil version $Id: fmtutil 17423 2010-03-11 17:53:34Z karl $

We'll see how things go now...
