Why Utopia?  The files created by Hàn Thế Thành are under LPPL, the
fonts he added Vietnamese glyphs to are under their original license
(GPL), a file contributed by Huỳnh Kỳ Anh is under LGPL, all other
files, such as font map files, are considered as configuration files.

Only the Vntopia fonts (.pfb and .afm files) are under Adobe's Utopia
license.
