[tex-live] To submit polyglossia file for Kannada Language

Hi,

I have created gloss-kannada.ldf file for the South Indian language
Kannada(similar to the files available in
http://www.tug.org/texlive/Contents/live/texmf-dist/tex/xelatex/polyglossia/
)
Where can I submit this file. The new file is tested, details are available
in http://aravindavk.in/view/kannada_in_latex
