I suspect you might need to choose by hand. What counts as 'stable' is a 
good question. I'm thinking of sending some package updates there as 
pre-release, but that will be 'release candidate' stuff in the sense 
that I'll expect it to work but will not have sent it to CTAN. Does this 
count as 'stable' or not?
