[tex-live] Is it a bug of amsldoc.pdf?

Hello,
  If we download amsldoc.pdf from
ftp://ftp.ams.org/pub/tex/doc/amsmath/amsldoc.pdf,
we get a 40 pages pdf file. But the file in
http://www.tug.org/texlive/Contents/live/texmf-dist/doc/latex/amsmath/amsldoc.pdf,

or just using the command "texdoc amsmath", we get a 35 pages file.

They are  the  some version "1999-12-13 (revised 2002-02-25)" which
wrote in the first page of those files. But they are indeed different.
The main differences are:

1,  amsldoc.pdf in texlive may lose some pages (but I DO NOT know
whether it lose some contents).
2   amsldoc.pdf in texlive puts some contents in different place,
like a table in section 3.2, it put the table in page 27.
3,  amsldoc.pdf in texlive can use hyperlinks but there are no
hyperlinks in the file downloaded form ftp.ams.org.

I downloaded amsldoc.cls and amsldoc.tex in
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/required/amslatex/math/,
and compiled the amsldoc.tex with latex or pdflatex or xelatex twice.
Then I got a file as the same as the file in ftp.ams.org, 40 pages and
no hyperlinks.


If there are some bugs in that file, please fix it.
