Robin, I have to apologize.  Of course, there had to be an ls-R file
for TEXMFHOME as long as teTeX/TeX Live exists.  

I proposed to remove TEXMFHOME from TEXMFDBS some time ago in order to
circumvent a stupid bug in fmtutil.  This was just a quick and dirty
workaround, not meant as a solution.

Today everybody regards it as a feature but I'm convinced that it was
a big mistake.  If someone reports a similar bug in the future, I'll
definitely shut up.
