My rsync looks like:
	rsync -avz --delete \
		--exclude MacTeX-2009.mpkg.zip \
		--exclude mactex-2009*.mpkg.zip \
		rsync://SOME.RSYNC.MIRROR/texlive/tlnet/ \
		/var/www/norbert/tlnet/
and that works quite nicely.
