[tex-live] Beamer and Translator - breaking beamer-poster

I did find a workaround - copying the files translator.sty and translator-language-mappings.tex and the directory dicts to my local work folder. Then an example that worked before the update and was broken afterward worked again. I did try tlmgr install --reinstall (all the beamer packages) and that didn't help. Am I missing something?
