[tex-live] How to update x86_64-darwin binary in tlmgr

    I searched the manpage with "platform" before with no luck. 

I changed the documentation to use "platform" somewhat consistently, in
preference to "architecture".  Sorry we failed to do that when we
decided on the preferred term some time ago.
