[tex-live] TL10 contains a old version of xfrac

Hi folks,

yesterday I updated my texlive tree from 2009 to 2010
and my thesis compiled anymore... After some investigations
I found out that tl10 contains a older version of xfrac (0.2a)
then my a tlmgr updated tl09 (0.3), which cause my compiling problems...

Try this
