This decision will be ultimately up to Karl (he will be back on
Saturday), but we are currently in the freeze stage before the
release, i.e. no more package updates.

As a rule, we take all packages directly from CTAN, so please hurry up
with the upload. If the update is not there, I'm pretty sure there are
no chances that it will be included on DVD.

That being said, regular network updates will be resumed soon after
the release. Even if the REVTeX update won't make it into TL'09 DVD,
people will get it before long.
