[tex-live] additional tex-trees.

Hallo,

I have been using the linux version of texlive2009 for quite some time.
Today I wanted to use the global replacement ways of winedt but was
unable to compile under windows since the texmflocal folder was not
included.

I could copy the contents into the folder indicated in the texlive-conf.
However, my question is, how to include further texmf-tree into the
texlive configuration. On the tl2009 website this is not mentioned or I
did not find it. The texlive documentation shows the trees, but does not
mention the requirements and the procedure of adding further trees.

I would be gratefull if a howto could be found more directly.

I would like to thank for a great distribution which works flawlessly
here.
