[tex-live] dante.ctan.org upload: splitindex

Hallo -

the newly packaged splindex bundle, both in "CTAN-plain" and as a TDS- 
archive is on CTAN.

I think the licence info is not yet up to date. However, I think  
splitindex can be installed in TeXLive, I think. (Meaning that the  
perl-script and the package itself is made available for TeXLive- 
users...)

Thanks to everybody for a lot of patience to get this sorted out.
