Perfect is when everything, including TL netinstall, works. ;-)

The problem is not always with your local DSL or whatever connection, it's
sometimes on the server side. Some servers are known (at least in my experience)
to cause disconnections even when the physical connection is excellent (eg a
university's sitewide network).
