            If that works, you can put a first line like this:
            % -*- Coding: utf-8 -*-
            into tkz-doc.cls to let Emacs know this file is in UTF-8.

You'll need to send this suggestion to Till Tantau, the
author/maintainer of tikz.  Personally it seems rather ugly to me.
