And, probably not soo user visible but still nice, tlmgrgui is now
integrated part of tlmgr, so that it should work much faster.

Furthermore, tlmgr gui got a log window which shows everything what is
shown on the console. And on W32 the log window is updated now more
often, not at the end of the update, and and and many other things.

Please give it a good testing if you know how to deal with breakage ;-)
