Ok, there was a bug in the update-tlmgr-latest.sh, it is now fixed and
shouuld appear a fixed version in the next day in you local CTAN mirror.

Those are in bin-texlive/docfiles

You should have all those files under
	texmf-dist 
instead of
	texmf.
So you can remove the above files.

Those are left overs from the installation. We cannot fix that now, but
rest assured they don't hurt. If you don't want to see them just simply
remove them.
