[tex-live] Bug in fmtutil.cnf line for eplain?

Hi Dan,

    are updated. I think the line in texlive.tlpdb that begins
       execute AddFormat name=eplain engine=pdftex
    needs to have
       patterns=language.dat

Yeah.  The ultimate source for that is eplain.tlpsrc.  But first let's
see if we really want to load bplain in eplain.ini, as we're discussing
on the eplain list ...
