[tex-live] how to download Tex-live 2008

Please download

   http://tug.org/texlive/lzma/lzmadec.win32.exe

and type

   lzmadec.win32.exe <texlive2008.iso.lzma >texlive2008.iso

or use 7-zip.  Did you read http://tug.org/texlive/acquire.html ?
It contains all the necessary links and additional information.
