[tex-live] should lh depend on ecrm?

	Shouldn't there be a

depend ecrm

	line in texlive.tlpdb, below `name lh' then?

	(I'm completely unfamiliar with the TeX Live packaging, but I've
	thought that it's exactly the way to inform, e. g., tlmgr to
	install ecrm in case lh is requested?)
