[tex-live] verbatimcopy package missing

Our choice is clear: free software, free documentation, the rule is
clear. And rules are always annoying to someone (particularly to people
working to enforce this rule and make most people happy, believe me).

I don't know how Christian proceeds, but he claims on miktex's web page
that it consists only of free software too.

PS: Just to be clear, I'm not a fanatic of free software (just an
enthusiast). I'm not saying that doc without source is "evil", just that
a choice was made concerning TL's policy, and that we should be coherent
with this choice. (And btw I think it's a good choice.)
