Now building the document fails because it does not find 'ifxetex.sty'.
Bu if I do not want XeTeX?
I have moved ifxetex to collection-latexrecommended from
collection-xetex. We had a theory about why it was ok to be in
collection-xetex, but evidently the theory was wrong.
(ifpdf is also in latexrecommended, being part of oberdiek.)
