[tex-live] SNV open again

Just checking: We're allowed again to commit to SVN, aren't we?

I tracked down positioning errors in dvilj over the last few days 
and would like to push the changes to the repository, before I'll 
start to add some color support to that DVI driver.

I've got also a few dvipdfmx fixes, but these I'll submit upstream.
