Hi
does anybody know if there is a posibility to check the hosting machines
OS, so that tlmgrgui-real.pl has a little switch.
On MS Windows Vista there is still the problem that after an update you
have to patch the file by hand...
My idea now is a part in this file that works as follows

check host OS System and write in variable hostos
if hostos == vista then use TeXLive::TLUtils qw(setup_programs
platform_desc win32 debug); else use TeXLive::TLUtils qw(setup_programs
platform_desc win32);

so in further versions it could be posible to run tlmgr without editing
the file after every update by hand.

Greetings
Martin
