[tex-live] How about auto-download of classes/styles etc. ?

This should be rather easy using texlive.tlpdb. I guess that,
independently of any auto-install feature, we could turn that into a
feature of tlmgr: something like

% tlmgr findfile hypdoc.sty
(returns oberdiek)
% tlmgr findfile --install hypdoc.sty
(installs oberdiek)
