[tex-live] testing tlmgr again

This isn't obvious apparently.  What about adding something like

  Note: while updating, the old tlmgr stuff is used, thus expect
  warnings like

    foo cannot be found in ...

  about packages not found.  In the second run, the new data is used,
  and those messages should disappear.

to a pop-up window (or whatever) before the actual updating process starts?
